Eligible countries for the DV 2014 Visa Lottery.Eligible country list for the DV 2014 visa lottery program has been published by the American State Department in the month of September. The DV 2014 eligible country list is now available in the internet. Bangladesh natives are not eligible to participate in this American visa lottery program too. While Gautamala born people are eligible to submit their entries through the online application form for this 2014 fiscal year diversity visa lottery program. Other country natives listed in the last year program still not allowed to participate in this visa lottery too. As per the DV-2013 visa lottery instructions natives of Bangladesh are not allowed to participate in the American Green card Lottery. While Poland and South Sudan natives are allowed to participate in the DV-2013 American visa lottery program that is going to be held soon. Here is the list of ineligible country names whose natives can't participate in this year green card lottery program.
Eligible countries for DV-2012Eligible country means that certain country born people (Natives) only can participate in the DV 2012 U.S visa lottery program. After some unique calculation of the issued U.S visas for each country in the past 5 years period and this is identified by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) according to the formula in Section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. They will decide and publish the eligible country list for the program every year. USCIS only has the right to decide which country is eligible and which country is not eligible and how many visas will be available for each country under the dv-2012 visa lottery program. Natives of all the African region countries can participate in this year program. Eligible country list for the program is published in the internet by the U.S State Department each year along with the visa bulletin. After long years in the ineligible country list Russia became as an eligible country for the2010 fiscal year program and it was included in to the eligible country list in the year 2009. This allowed lot of Russian born people to apply for the program in the year 2009. In this year's program, there are no changes in the country list from the dv 2011 list. Each year in this program no one country can get more than 7% of the total available visas. People who were born in the following countries - natives - are not eligible to participate in this year program.
