DV 2011 Results are already sent to the selected winners through the postal service from the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), U.S.A. The DV 2011 results did came to those selected winners including the month July in 2010. Email or Fax or phone calls will not be used to announce the winners by the KCC. While the U.S Embassies or the U.S Consulates can’t provide the winner's name list. Only those selected 100,600 people will get the winning notifications form the submitted eligible entries of nearly 12.6 million. For the DV 2011, applicants who are not selected for the USA visa lottery program will not get any notifications from the KCC. If you are a winner in the DV 2011 U.S visa lottery program, then you will be allowed to benefit from the winning till 30th September 2011, the official closing date or till all the visas exhaust.

There is an official web site for that entire applicant's to check their status online from 01st July 2010. The online DV 2011 results checking facility will be available till 30th June 2011. To check your online results you will be required to provide the DV 2011 application confirmation number along with your personal information.
Those people who are not selected for the program and those who are selected for the DV lottery with high case numbers too can apply for this year's American visa lottery program DV 2012.

DV 2011 Diversity visa lottery which is also called as Green card lottery is administrated by the US State Department and operated by the KCC. This program is conducted by the US Government to issue 50,000 permanent resident visas to people from countries which sends less people legally to the USA. The program is governed by simple but strict rules where the participants must meet the required eligibility as per the DV Lottery instructions. An eligible person can submit only one entry as primary applicant for this annually held US visa lottery program.

DV lottery 2011 was scheduled to accept entries from eligible people in the later part of the year 2009. The American Government's one and only online web site did provide the online application form to apply. The application form is mentioned as E-DV entry form in the DV Lottery instructions. Computer random draw is used to select the winners from the submitted eligible entries at the KCC, Kentucky in the U.S.A.
The DV-2012 will accept entries in the year 2010 for the fiscal year program 2012.
